From a single inspiration image to retail-ready product — we handle everything.

Most factories make shoes. We build finished products. Bring us a photo, a mood board, or nothing at all — we take it from concept through to branded, packaged, shelf-ready footwear. Your buyer never needs to touch packaging.

Design Origin

No design? No problem. Our in-house team originates styles from scratch — or interprets your inspiration images, reference shoes, or mood boards into full technical patterns. ODM or OEM, we work both ways.

Material Development

We source 100% genuine leather from premium tanneries. Lining, hardware, sole — every component is selected and developed to spec. Custom last development available for exclusive fits.

Sampling & Approval

Technical prototypes developed in 3–6 weeks. We iterate with you through revision rounds until the sample meets your exact standard. Only then does bulk production begin.

Bulk Production & QC

Full production run with a 2-tier quality inspection at our 5,000 sq. ft. facility. Every pair checked before it moves to finishing. 60–90 day lead time on bulk orders.

Branded Packaging

We source and handle all custom branded packaging in-house — printed shoe boxes, dust bags, tissue paper, brand labels, size stickers. Every pair packed under your brand at our facility.

Retail-Ready Export

Finished, packed, labelled product ships directly from our facility via Mumbai JNPT. Arrives at your warehouse or distribution centre ready to go straight to the shop floor — zero extra handling needed.
